MB BCh BAO (Hons), MRCGP, FRACGP, DRCOG, PGDip
Interested in all aspects of general practice, particularly paediatrics and women’s health.
Dr Rebecca graduated with MB BCh BAO (Hons) from Queen’s University Belfast in 2014. She completed her foundation doctor years in Northern Ireland, before moving to Australia and working at Bundaberg Base Emergency Department from 2016-18.
Dr Rebecca then completed her GP training back in the UK, rotating through paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology and psychiatry, gaining her MRCGP qualification in 2021 before returning permanently to Australia to work as a GP in 2022.
She has recently moved to Brisbane, along with her husband and looks forward to providing holistic, patient centred GP care to the Morayfield region.
Dr Rebecca is able to provide Implanon and Mirena insertions and removals. Patients are invited to book in for a comprehensive contraception consultation to discuss the option best suited to them. All procedures, with the exception of mirena removal, require an initial consultation to evaluate suitability and issue a prescription, therefore they will not be conducted on the same day. Costs for procedures can be discussed at initial consult, or are available from reception.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking and parkrun and is a firm believer in a whole lifestyle approach to health.
