Dr. Jeremy So is a graduate from the University of Queensland. Dr. Jeremy is passionate about the holistic care of his patients. He takes the time to listen and understand his patients to direct towards the most appropriate treatment. He believes in a team approach to medicine, empowering patients to be informed and to remain in the center of their care. Dr. Jeremy’s areas of interest include skin cancer medicine and minor skin surgery, bariatric medical weight loss and mental health.
Simply Balanced is a new weight management clinic that is opening up at Health Hub Doctors Morayfield. The principal clinician, Dr Jeremy So, has years of experience in bariatrics helping patients acheive meaningful and long lasting weight loss.
Every patient who attends Simply Balanced will get a thourough assessment and an individually tailored treatment plan comprising of the latest evidence based therapies. Dr Jeremy’s mission is to make obesity treatment accessible and to treat the medical, psychological, and social burdens of obesity.
