Your role as a Nurse Practitioner is to assess and discuss patients’ health conditions, previous/current pharmacotherapy and treatment plans in collaboration with relevant health professionals, regularly liaise with other health professionals regarding patient’s clinical needs and records and write treatment notes and other clinical documentation in the relevant practice management software systems.
